APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

NOVEMBER 1, 2021

All NEW medical dermatology patient appointments will require a $50 deposit fee to be scheduled, that will be applied to the appointment. If the appointment is not canceled prior to 24 hours or the patient does not keep the appointment, the fee will be charged to the credit card taken during the initial appointment set up. In addition, the patient will no longer be allowed to schedule an appointment at our office.

All NEW cosmetic patient appointments will require an $85 deposit fee to be scheduled. The fee will then be applied to the appointment services. If the appointment is not canceled prior to 24 hours or the patient does not
keep the appointment, the fee will be charged to the credit card taken during the initial appointment set up. In addition, the patient will no longer be allowed to schedule an appointment at our office.

All ESTABLISHED dermatology patients that do not cancel prior to 24 hours or do not keep their appointment will be charged a fee of $50.

All ESTABLISHED cosmetic patients that do not cancel prior to 24 hours or do not keep their appointment will be charged a fee of $100.
